This is Anfield.

Finally, Senor Benitez has a win over the ol wily Scotsman. Dang, that old man really looked ronyok and a tad senile at the end. Riera is quick to prove me wrong, that he is actually going to be a good buy. True to Pellegrino's assesment, he is one amongst those ol skool wingers that goes to bye-line to cross, much like Pennant but wif more trickery and dare to take on defenders. How Pool have been longing for players as such. And I think Mascherano is born a Scouser. The commitment he shows, the way he runs at full speed mcm striker trying to close-down on Van Der Sar, he is going to replace Steve G as my fav current pool player. I juz hope Beni doesnt mess up wif Masch and he gets his playtime. He shud be the axis in the middle. And Im beginning to understand why Beni doesnt start wif Babel. Babel really is Liverpool's answer to S'pore's Steven Tan, the former florist. But Babel has to develop himself such that he can last and make an impact throughout a 90min game.

But all is well. A win over the Manchus always makes great news and gives me a feelgood feeling. Nothing to do wif bragging rights watsoever. But juz to stop them Manchus from their pompous talk. Now if only Pool can produce such exciting attacking football week in week out. If only Beni stops tinkering and plays his best players, let them attack as the first line of defence, instead of sitting back and catching teams on the break. Please Beni, let them play their usual game.

On another note, Ive been told the guy in the first pic looks a lot like me.
