Perhaps i am being to harsh on him, but i am very upset. As a lifelong supporter, it pains me to see the captain of your club, lacking the drive,ambition and passion for the club he represents. Just compare John Terry's performance and Gerarrd'. Both are future captains of England, both are captains of their clubs, but Terry played as though his contract would be torn to shreds if he didn't deliver. So Senor Benitez, it's up to you. 30 million pounds for a player? That can get you at least 3 quality midfielders to fill Gerarrd's departure to Roman's Army and his cock of a manager Mourinho.

At the end of the movie, i was wondering why i just wasted my 8.50 on this rather on sumtin like Hotel Rwanda. Tat says a lot aint it. I guess the main reason was to see wat my bro-in-loh was working on before he managed to flee from his workplace to join us for Raya. And he'd already warned us it wasnt gonna be sumtin spectacular. And with the all press ratings averaging of just 2 ticks out of 5, i still dont know why i even spent a single sen on this. The plot is, an super pro bagus assassin, tired from it all, given one job promising a 2million pay-out, almost on the verge of finishing it, but at the last moment caves in to her emotions and voila! Spends her time saving the supposed targets instead, a 13yr old lass with her daddy. The duo appeared to be normal, really set her to think why worth 2million rupees for the job? And after slapping the daddy silly for answer, she finds out that his daughter is, GASP, Singapore's Brainiest Kid. I kid u not. The gal is actually like the Chosen one, the next in line to be th best warrior or sumtin like sort. So the clan who hired elektra company wants her dead, no heir. And so elektra protects her lah.

The villains in the movie are way way more cooler than elektra herself. Theyve got cool powers like this guy with loadsa tatoos, his tatoos come alive doode. Hes got this eagle tattoo, which comes out of his bod and flies ard and looks for target, and his wolf tattoo comes out too to hunt targets. This other vixen, her power kiss of death. I mean by the way she dresses would send me to seven heaven too. And the leader of the Sa la Kau gang is this samurai dude who is so fast, even he wouldnt know where he'd end up next. i only didnt understand this other weird dude. During the intorduction of the whole band, i mean grp, he was playing ard with this coin. donno for wat Fak also. I guess evry gang should have an oddball who like to angkat bola (carry balls) or juz plain dumb and didnt finish skool, drop out of skool to join gang.

The character development of the entire show is bad. At the end of the show, i didnt know whos who and why they do wat they do. Not enuff insights and scandalous details abt the characters man. And the baddies die too easy. Wat a shame.

For a movie this bad, its surprising i can talk so much abt it. This has to rank quite the near the likes of Hulk And Daredevil. For all said and done, i hereby give this

On a more interesting note, Deep Throat is being re-released in the States. Hope it makes its way here. For those of you not in the know, this is the most profitable film of all-time.

If you are sick and have just got out of hospital, would you be bothered to entertain tons of people at home when the doctor have just given you 16days of MC get a goooooooooooood looooooooooong rest? I know i wouldnt.

THE AVIATOR

With Martin Scorsese at the helm, and being awarded Best Movie at the Golden (Chalize Theron) Awards, tis was definitely one of the must watched movie for the mth of January. A biopic, as its been described, of a rich rich man who just didnt know of any better to waste money. He, of course, made films with all his black gold monies. At one time, this movie was abt a movie. Starring Mr Leonardo Di Caprio, a very talented actor who has got so much to far, and still very young and not yet undergone NS.

And so we see the rise of Howard Hughes, and eventually how he was driven to madness by his own undoing. Too meticulous, always wanting evrytin to be his way, perfect. The setting of the story is of the 1940s America, when the aviation is starting to pick up and people travelling via air to their desired destinations.

The feel of the movie is very much like those 50s 60s movies, namely i can recall Metropolis and Citizen Kane. But wat i hate was the somewat theme jingle. Very the detective detective one, those scenes you see zoom in to a door with mosaic glass, written Detective Murdoch or Private Investigator on it, and inside the PI wearing a hat, his coat on the coatshanger, his suspenders can be seen, smoking cigar with smoke all ard and the light bulb swing left right. You know, tat kinda music. (by now, u shud be able to visual it okay.)

And another thang abt tat Caprio dude. For all his acting capabilities, he seriously shud consider changing his hairstyle from movie to movie. You know, coz hes got tat trademark hair, it seems like the dude from Titanic, just woke up from the icebergs, and became a millionaire and aviator. Some food for thought Mr Caprio, if u're reading this. Great actors, are those who can act and look the part. Another issue, probably Caprio is too young to be playing Mr Hughes. I didnt get the impression that he's aged over the years. Still look very blimy hot and with tat dazed look.

So yea, go watch it to see wats the hype all abt, beating Ray for the Golden Globe and Hotel Rwanda.
